Ram Trucks is taking another segment-leading step towards the Dare Forward 2023 plan with the new Ram 1500 Revolution BEV Concept.

Here’s a closer look at some features of the Ram 1500 Revolution BEV Concept.
Exterior and Design
This new concept blends classic Ram utility with forward-thinking design. The front end showcases an illuminated R-A-M badge, animated full LED headlights and an integrated fascia with a skid plate and pivoting tow hooks.
Built on the new STLA Frame platform, the Ram 1500 Revolution BEV Concept features a body-on-frame design that supports the battery pack while leaving plenty of room for cargo. Notable gains include a cabin that’s four inches longer than the 2023 Ram 1500, a spacious frunk, an even-larger RamBox® and an extendable bed.
Innovative Interior
Fleet owners and other commercial customers will appreciate the customizable interior of the Ram 1500 Revolution BEV Concept. The new design offers a spacious cargo area and supports multiple workspace configurations through the new “open space environment,” which includes a center console that converts into a workstation.
The new “Ram Track” is a rail attachment/floor track system with cargo tie-downs that allows drivers to secure interior items. It extends from the frunk through the powered mid-gate, allowing the truck to carry objects up to 18 feet in length.
For some drivers, passenger room and cargo space requirements can vary daily. The Ram BEV Concept has new jump seats that add a convenient third row to this crew cab model and can be added or removed depending on the ask.

The Ram BEV Concept also makes it easier to monitor surroundings. Thanks to a full touchscreen display with a 28-inch coverage area across two screens, steering a trailer or maneuvering a tight parking space is far less intimidating. Digital side-view mirrors, a large digital rearview mirror and augmented reality (AR) can also enhance the view space.
Top-Notch Capability and Performance
The Ram 1500 Revolution BEV Concept has all the capability and performance features drivers need—increased maneuverability thanks to four-wheel steering with up to 15 degrees of articulation, adjustable air suspension modes, all-wheel drive capability and more. These features help ensure that the Ram BEV Concept remains powerful on and off the pavement.
Perhaps the best news about the new Ram BEV Concept is its short charge time. The available DC fast-charging port allows drivers to charge up to 100 range miles within just 10 minutes, which is comparable to a trip to a gas station. Overnight charges can be completed on both Level 1 and Lever 2 AC charging ports, which are standard on the Ram BEV Concept as well.
